All Skills Clinic

All Skills Clinics will cover all fundamental skills of sets of the sport including but not limited to passing, setting, serving, and hitting. We encourage this clinic for all beginners or anyone looking to get extra reps in! 

Hitting Clinic

Hitting Clinics focus solely on the skill set of attacking. Athletes will learn proper footwork, how to time their attack, arm swing mechanics, and so much more! This clinic will emphasize injury prevention and proper jumping/landing form. We encourage this clinic for all attackers (Pin hitters and Middle blockers).

Serve Receive/Defense Clinic

Serve Receive/Defense Clinics will solely focus on first ball contact and defending the ball. Athletes will learn how to track serves, read attackers, different defensive schemes, and so much more! We encourage this clinic for 6 rotation players, liberos, and defensive specialist. 

Setting Clinic

Setting Clinics will focus solely on the skill set of setting. Athletes will learn proper hand placement on the ball, how to communicate with hitters, different tempo sets, and so much more! We encourage this clinic for setters specifically.
