About the event
This clinic will focus on two of the most exciting skill sets of the game, HITTING AND SETTING!
Athletes will learn how to properly approach the ball at various sets and various tempos. This clinic will also focus on the proper dynamics of how to jump and safely land preventing injury. We will dive deep into the different elements of how to contact the ball at its highest point optimizing each athletes individual vertical and so much more!
We ask that all athletes come prepared and equipped to properly learn as no gear will be provided.
Doors will open at 5:15 PM at the top of the Gold Dome.
