About the event
In this two hour clinic, we will focus on the details of each skill set of the game of volleyball.
Passing will include defense and serve receive coverage. We will briefly discuss the dynamics of settings and how to effectively push the ball to attackers. Athletes will learn the proper mechanics for attacking and how to approach the ball. Learning how to float serve versus top spin serve will also be offered.
We ask that all athletes come prepared and equipped to properly learn as no gear will be provided.
Doors will open at 5:15 PM at the top of the Gold Dome.
